The game didn’t turn out liked we had hoped, but the Jacks hung in the entire day and competed to the end. The defense shut down FCS’s top back, Taiwan Jones, to 48 yards on 16 carries and knocked him out of the game in the second half. The offense moved the ball most of the day, but just couldn’t punch it in. Chase Stangel did an admirable job coming in for the injured Michael Herrick.
