With the second scrimmage of the spring set for Friday April 13th – or Friday the 13th – it got us thinking…what are some superstitions within NAU Football? At Thursday’s practice we asked a few players to find out. Enjoy and sorry about the wind!

NAU Football Fall Camp: Day 4
Temperatures were a bit warmer this morning for NAU’s fourth practice of fall camp, but it didn’t seem to effect the team all that much. Most of practice consisted of installing a few more plays, individual drills, and working on special teams. The defense played well in 7-on-7 drills, knocking down several passes and picking off one. However, the offense came back in the final team period and connected on a two deep passes — one to Mike Czyz for a touchdown, and another to Ca’leve DeBoskie.
The Jacks will practice in full pads tomorrow at 11 am on the east campus fields. Practices are open to the public. Below is a photo progression of senior linebacker Cody Dowd’s interception in 7-on-7 today. Go Jacks!
