NAU football made it’s first ever trip to Grand Forks, North Dakota this past weekend and left town with a hard earned W. The Lumberjacks outlasted the University of North Dakota 45-38 in a back and forth game that featured some explosive offensive plays. Cary Grossart and Zach Bauman led the Jacks with 363 yards passing and 180 yards rushing respectively. A full recap of the game can be found here. The Lumberjacks improved to 5-1 on the season and 3-0 in Big Sky Conference play. The Jacks’ will be back at home this week for Homecoming against UC Davis. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:00 PM.
