We had seen heat (Tucson), rain (Portland), and ice (Bozeman), but nobody had experienced so much snow fall so fast as it did in Ogden last Saturday. Certainly Weber St. deserves credit for adapting to the conditions better than us, but the weather played a huge factor in the game. Take a look at how fast the weather changed from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning to Saturday afternoon.

Wow! Nature really threw us a loop last weekend. I really for the football players and staff that had to play and work in that stuff. It HAD to be tough. However, you never saw any quit out of the team during the game. It won’t be snowy next year when we play them. Go JACKS!

Whoa! A friend of mine w/ a son (Eastman) who’s playing for Weber posted this link. I ‘retired’ from NAU & moved to Hawaii. That’s a lot of snow to play in & the Lumberjacks don’t practice in snow. Maybe they should once in a while… Good luck next year in the Dome! (Will it be renovated by then?)
