As October quickly approaches the days get shorter, the air gets crisper, and the colors get brighter. The NAU football team practices on, returning to the practice field each day in an attempt to get better and grow together.
The players get out to the field around 3:30 pm and leave just after 6 pm. This is a ritual they will do three times a week for at least seven more weeks. Take a look at a few snapshots of an average practice on a beautiful fall afternoon.
